I extent my heartiest welcome to all those who aspire to get teacher training and groom themselves up to they become the skilled teachers and though being a true guardian of a society. We are committed to improve the quality and merit of rural people. We won’t compromise in their front and assure you the best education. Most of our students are placed throughout the country as well as abroad. R S Memorial Nursing & Pharmacy College is a life-long learning process. Learning happens all the time; not only in a pre-designated place called the school or college. It happens in the home, between home, school and college too. The home’s, school’s and college's mission therefore is to provide a learning environment and opportunities to the students as the learners.

RS Memorial Nursing & Pharmacy College is established in Mandai, Hazaribagh (Jharkhand). main objective of establishments of this institution to give excellence, cultured, & efficient teacher to society & who want to work & search in education field as secondary education In future the trust will be to try to extend the various facilities.

The trust will be developing it own identity as far some education ethics are concerned such as :

3. As possible as the trust will be help who are unfortunate, divorce, disabled & poor girls in rural areas.
